Tony is the Managing Partner of Sustensis Ltd a management consultancy that he co-founded in 1996. focusing on business sustainability. He also co-founded n 2004 - Symbiosa Ltd - a financial sector research company. Tony spent significant part of his professional career as a management consultant, working for such companies as EDS and CSC, where he was a Director and Country Manager for one of CSC’s subsidiaries. He specializes in Business Transformation towards more sustainable, longer-term  growth in financial, industrial and government sectors, and has extensive experience in managing large change programmes. In 1994 he participated in the RSA’s well-known “Tomorrow’s Company” Programme where he led the Inclusive Company Forum. He is the main author of Symbiosa Business Sustainability™ (SBS). Tony has lectured on the concepts of SBS at postgraduate courses at the University of London and Universities in Central Europe. He is also a conference speaker  and author of many articles  Tony has MSc degree in Economics and is a Fellow of RSA.







Løve has over 25 years experience in the management consultancy and the IT industry. He has worked with Sustensis since 1997 focusing on managing strategic change. During his career, Love performed a number of management roles and consultancy assignments, particularly in Investment Banking & Trading, Retail Banking & Insurance and Financial Services. He has also worked in the Public Sector, Broadcasting, Aviation & Shipping and Telecommunications. His key experience includes facilitation of organizational change, business & management consultancy, the responsibility for business development & marketing initiatives, consultation to governments & related agencies evaluation of EU Commission funded R&D programmes and advise to multi-national consortiums. Løve has an MSc in Computing and graduated a doctoral programme at the London School of Economics.







Allan is assisting our clients in applying Business Sustainability in the financial sector. He has focused primarily at investment and pension fund management’s needs and requirements for stricter ethical and financial standards. His experience in this industry uniquely qualifies him within Sustensis to provide such a customized service for Sustensis clients. Allan has held several senior positions and directorships within blue chip financial institutions such as Commercial Union (Aviva plc), Daiwa Asset Management (Daiwa Securities), the Merrill Lynch Group and, Commerzbank A.G. He has also provided investment fund related consultancies to a number of financial institutions on the most recent developments in asset and portfolio management. Allan, having received a Master’s degree from Cranfield, went on to win a two year Travelling Fellowship to attend the MIT and Harvard Business School resulting in a Master’s degree. He is an active alumnus of all three schools and a liveryman in the City of London.








Ephraim specializes in Business Sustainability in the financial sector. As a Professor of Finance at Middlesex University and a visiting professor at ESC Lille, France with extensive business and consulting experience in Europe and the USA, he has excellent background to advise Sustensis clients on these subjects. He has helped us to validate the criteria ratings for Sustensis Business Sustainability Review service. He also has extensive consulting experience in providing advice for international banks and multinational corporations. Ephraim has authored or co-authored eight books and over 50 papers in professional and academic journals. Honours and awards include keynote addresses to scholarly and professional groups, elected offices in professional associations, best paper awards and numerous research grants. He is also on the editorial board of several academic journals such as Euro Money and is a founding editor of the European Journal of Finance.







Bill is a Senior Partner who focuses primarily on Sustainable Human Capital Management with a record of achievement in developing commercially effective HR policies. He has a particular interest in cross-boundary management and the integration of corporate and HR strategies. He occupied senior HR positions in British Alcan Sheet Ltd and Unilever plc. In 1991-92, he was seconded to the Department of Employment to help to develop the national Investors in People Programme (IIP) and hence is deeply involved in Sustensis’s Investors in People for Sustainable Development service. Working internationally as a Management Development Consultant Bill has counselled the management of major companies such as Grand Metropolitan, Rolls Royce, DHV Holland; companies in Poland, Kuwait, Australia and USA as well as a variety of senior UK Government Departments. Bill has a Joint Honours degree in Sociology and Psychology.









Gervas has been supporting Sustensis in his role as Project Manager and Sustensis Business Development Manager, focusing primarily on financial and telecommunications markets. More recently, he has been engaged in supporting our drive into winning clients in the quick business turnaround and business restructuring area by applying our Business Direction Alignment service. He has gained significant knowledge in business transformation, especially when linked to longer-term business growth. He has truly international board-level exposure to business development, helped by his linguistic skills and knowledge as well as quick adaptation to various cultures, including Middle East and Africa. During his career, Gervas has undertaken a variety of commercial consultancy, project management and business development roles. He has also performed a number of successful sales, marketing and channel sourcing assignments. Gervas speaks fluent French and Spanish.







Jean-Christophe is a highly experienced professional focusing on improving a company’s strategic competitive position through a better tuning of the company’s capabilities to the market needs. That is why he has specialized in applying this knowledge to Business Direction Alignment (a quick 6-month business turnaround service). His experience spans business and marketing strategy as well as capabilities improvement through special training and skills upgrade programmes. By implementing powerful and proven strategies and methodologies, he has helped companies increase their turnover on average by 100% in just 18 months. Jean-Christophe has a CESEM - Reims Management School (France) Diploma, Diplôme d’Etudes Supérieures Européennes de Management and BA (Hons) Degree in European Business Administration.










Fred has been working in the area of Strategic Risk Management approach and Corporate Governance services. Fred has unique credentials in that area, having previously worked for the FSA, the UK Financial Services regulator, where he was involved in defining the Basel II criteria. He applies his long-term experience in risk management and knowledge of global financial markets and economics, in a much broader context of overall business success achieved through applying sustainable and balanced growth strategies. Before working with Sustensis, Fred was working for various companies, including 4 years with IBM Consulting UK. Fred has a degree from Institute Supérieur de Gestion, in Paris, an MBA from London Business School, a degree in Economics from the Technische Universitaet, in Berlin, and from Keio University, in Tokyo. He speaks five languages, including Japanese.
